PRSPER provides technology and tools that enable independent professionals and businesses (such as barbers, salons, studios, and event organizers) to manage bookings, sell products or tickets, and collect payments using third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Each seller operates as an independent business (e.g., sole proprietorship, LLC, or corporation) and is solely responsible for its own pricing, transactions, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance with applicable laws.

By using PRSPER, you acknowledge that PRSPER is not a party to any transaction between sellers and their customers, does not handle or control funds on behalf of sellers, and is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from those independent business activities. PRSPER’s role is limited to providing the platform infrastructure that facilitates these connections.

Data Use
We may use your information for business purposes, including sharing with service providers, affiliates, and sending service-related notifications via email or SMS. You consent to these uses by continuing to use our site.
